44th ANNUAL ARTS & ARTISANS FAIR
SATURDAY, AUGUST 17, 2019, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
(Always 3rd Saturday of August)
Dear New Artist:
We invite you to participate in the Lovell Arts & Artisans Fair on Saturday, August 17th, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This will mark the 44th year for this major fundraiser for the Charlotte Hobbs Memorial Library. It is an all juried fair with approximately 60 artists and artisans participating. There are exhibit spaces available both indoors and outside.
If you would like to participate, please send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org by July 1st with the following information (We cannot guarantee you will be juried if received after July 1st):
1. Your name and the name of your business.
2. Pictures of the work you will be selling.
3. A brief description of the materials you use.
4. Your price points.
5. A picture of your exhibit.
Results of jurying will be given promptly, and all decisions are final.
Upon acceptance, we request an Accepted Artist Agreement be completed and returned to us as soon as possible, with a non-refundable check for $50.
Any artisan who donates an item(s) to the raffle table with a value of a minimum of $50 will have 10% of their total sales deducted at the time of cash-out. Any artisan who chooses not to donate an item(s) or whose donation does not meet the $50 minimum, will be charged 15% of total sales at cash-out. All donated items will be accepted.
Date: Saturday, August 17 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, rain or shine at the New Suncook School, Rt. 5, Lovell, ME. There is no admission charge for the public.
