Including both restorative and yin yoga poses, in this class students release muscle tension, increase range of motion and balance the body’s energetic system. All poses are done seated or lying down and are usually held for 3-5 minutes.
This class is designed for all levels of yoga experience, including beginners.

Before moving back to Western Maine, Anna taught yoga at Portland Power Yoga for over four years. Anna is a certified Yoga Life Coach who has facilitated multiple yoga immersion programs including “40 Days to Personal Revolution”. Anna practices and teaches yoga because no matter what is occurring, yoga provides a direct connection with the present moment. And the present moment, however it shows up, is where freedom, happiness and love abide.
