Restorative Yin Yoga and Meditation.
This practice is a non-flow practice that exercises our connective tissue. By using long holds (1- 4 mins), we strengthen and hydrate the connective tissue throughout the body especially our joints thus allowing for better mobility and flexibility. The use of props to maintain the postures are used through the entire class. Mindful Meditation is woven into the practice. This form of yoga is for "Every Body" new to yoga and those who have practiced for many years. All are welcome to this donation based practice.
