Restorative Yoga postures help to relieve the effects of stress. Through the use of props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps, chairs and the wall a completely supportive environment for total relaxation is created. Participants will be guided through a progressive series of supported postures. Each posture has a variety of benefits. While supported in these postures the student will be given guidance to explore the body and breath and learn the art of relaxation for body and mind.
