This session is cancelled. The instructor apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause. Restorative Yoga postures help to relieve the effects of stress. Through the use of props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps, chairs and the wall a completely supportive environment for total relaxation is created. Participants will be guided through a progressive series of supported postures. Each posture has a variety of benefits. While supported in these postures the student will be given guidance to explore the body and breath and learn the art of relaxation for body and mind.
