Kerri Arsenault: “Environmental and Family Legacies”

Kerri Arsenault was born in Rumford, and is author of Mill Town: Reckoning with What Remains, winner of the Rachel Carson Environment Book Award and the Maine Literary Award for nonfiction.  She is a book critic, teacher, contributing editor at Orion magazine and currently an associate at the Mahindra Humanities Center at Harvard. She will talk about what happens to towns, communities and people when long-term employment patterns change."
