Hobbs Story Swap: Luck on Zoom

  • Charlotte Hobbs Memorial Library 227 Main Street Lovell, ME 04051 United States (map)

The next Hobbs Story Swap (still virtual) will be on Monday, March 7, at the usual time of 1:00-2:30 pm EST. Please mark your calendars! Our theme-of-the-month will be “LUCK” – of any kind! Good, bad, mysterious, suspicious, ambiguous, providential. Tales of fortunate moments or lifetime blessings – or the reverse – all are welcome. Tellers may bring personal or family stories, traditional tales, myths, legends, or historical accounts. Variety is good. We’d love to see you at the Hobbs Story Swap, to tell or just to listen. Maybe we’ll be lucky and see some signs of spring by then! If you’d like to have the Zoom link for the gathering, please contact Jo Radner (jradner@american.edu).

We won’t be fussy. We’d love to see you at the Hobbs Story Swap, to tell or just to listen, to warm up the bleak midwinter. (Are you missing summer?). If you’d like to have the Zoom link for the gathering, please contact Jo Radner (jradner@american.edu).

Listeners and tellers are all welcome. We will meet on Zoom this month. Please notify Jo Radner if you would like to receive the Zoom link (jradner@american.edu).
