Most folks in Maine put their gardens in by Memorial Day weekend, as historically safe after last frost. Looking around and noticing room for some more plants, or the perfect reading nook in your garden? Join us for the annual Library Plant Sale on Memorial Day, Monday, May 31st from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.! This sale will feature plants and seeds sale, from local gardens and gardeners and seedlings from Fly Away Farm, a Garden Rummage Table with lovingly used clean and in working order tools and décor, and a bake sale to complement your gardening efforts. Sue’s Honey will be selling her golden honey and amazing hand cream (perfect for gardener’s hands!) Our Book Cellar will be open so you can drop in and find something to read in your garden while the bees murmur around you and the birds flit
