Tai Chi with Pam Katz

This six week Tai chi class will start on October 28th and will continue for 6 weeks. There are many styles of Tai chi but we will learn and practice Sun style, which is recommended by the American Arthritis Association, and others, as the least stressful on the joints. It is definitely known to improve balance. Some other positive benefits may include muscle strength and coordination, concentration and improved memory. It also may reduce arthritic pain and improve cardiac function. Class will cost $8. One may pay up front for all 6 weeks at a decreased rate of $45.

Pam Katz has been studying Sun style Tai chi for 25 years, and has been teaching for 17 years. “Every time I practice, I still feel that I am improving and many times I am learning something new.”

All ages and levels welcome. Masks required.
