You may borrow mats, bolsters, blocks, and straps from the library.
These classes will be held via zoom and you may donate a class fee to the library through this link. Please use the “write a note” option and specify that your donation is for Yoga.
Classes will be Mondays from 4-5 unless otherwise noted.
