Twenty-six years ago, Laurie LaMountain created Lake Living, a quarterly magazine to give readers a seasonal sense of the people, places and things that make this part of Maine exceptional. She loves to focus on the unusual. A luthier who crafts guitars for left-handed musicians, a boatbuilder who builds elegant electric boats, and an artist who fashions vintage water skis into skateboards. Lake Living is a series of love letters written to her beloved home corner of Maine.
