Slow Flow Yoga with Barefoot Nichole is accessible for most fitness levels. It can be good for beginners. Practice starts and ends with floor work to cultivate flexibility and mobility. With a few standing poses sprinkled in, strength is built without strain. Moves at a slower pace than Flow Yoga.
