This class will introduce you to the process of maple sugaring. We will go over a brief history of maple sugaring, equipment needed, tap a tree, and demonstrate how to process the sap in your own backyard. Come prepared for the weather! There will be some walking so walking shoes/boots are recommended. Registration Required. Program will begin in the Community Room of the Hobbs Library.
