Cost :

$150 for a month's worth of sessions. Each sessions is 45-50 minutes each

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am, starting November 1st

30-70 years old

Description:

Learn how to exercise properly for weight loss, muscle toning, increased energy and stamina. Weight loss can be difficult to navigate, mainly due to conflicting voices, methods, and opinions in the health industry. In this exercise class, you will learn which exercises to do, to maximize your results while minimizing the risk of injury. 1:1 private training can be expensive, while large classes can be difficult for people to learn. Small group personal training is the best of both worlds, as its less expensive than 1:1 training, while still maintaining the boutique feeling of personal training sessions. Come ready to exercise!

Bio:

My name is Dan Lyons, and I'm a career personal trainer and exercise physiologist. I've been the owner of a personal training business in Boston for the past 15 years, specializing in weight loss and muscle toning. I recently moved to Maine, and am looking to connect with the community and teach people the easiest and best way to lose weight, tone up and improve their energy. I've helped 3000+ clients of all ages to see results and reach their goals, and I am excited to connect with new people in Maine. My youngest client is 7 years old, and my oldest client is 97 years old. No matter what your age is, I can help you with your goals! I specialize in metabolism, energy pathways, and balancing hormones through exercise to reach optimal health and fitness no matter what your age is.
