B l en d of Iyengar style and Yin style Restorative Yoga. Restorative Yoga postures help to relieve the effects of stress. Through the use of props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps, chairs and the wall a completely supportive environment for total relaxation is created. Participants will be guided through a progressive series of supported postures.
This class is designed for all levels of yoga experience, including beginners.
