We are pleased to announce a  new Kripalu Yoga class!  Yoga is for everybody! Kripalu Yoga uses pranayama (energetic practices), asana and mudra (physical practices), meditation and relaxation to empower individuals in the exploration of an integrative, wholistic pathway for well-being and resilience. Naomi King is a registered, certified yoga teacher from the Kripalu lineage and a wheelchair user who practices both chair and mat-based yoga. This class is appropriate for beginning and more experienced students engaging in gentle practice and offers a choice of chair yoga or mat-based yoga depending on the individual participant's abilities.  This class meets on Thursday mornings at 9 a.m. Donations are welcome.
