The Library is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and all contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

There are so many ways to give and your help is needed and appreciated!

Community support, from patrons and year-round and summer residents like you, is vital to keeping the wide range of resources and services the Library provides—from children’s storytimes to a local history collection, to free wireless internet 24/7, and so much more—available to all.

The Library relies on donor-based funding including donations, endowment returns, and fundraising for 70% of our annual operating budget. The remaining 30% comes from the Town of Lovell and surrounding towns.

We have six ways to give:
1. Make a tax-deductible gift today to help meet our immediate needs
2. Make a gift as part of our Annual appeal
3. Donate securities or retirement accounts proceeds
4. Give to the Library’s endowment and help secure the future
5. Consider a legacy gift of bequest in your will or trust
6. Encourage your town to strongly support the Library
